Terms and Conditions — 999bv Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 999bv ("the Platform," "we," "us"). Access to and use of the 999bv platform — including the website at 999bv.win, the mobile application, all sports betting markets, casino games, promotions and related services — is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all Users regardless of how they access the platform — via desktop browser, mobile browser or the dedicated 999bv app.

999bv reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered users via account notification or platform announcement. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to use 999bv, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that would prohibit you from using the platform in your jurisdiction.
• Be the sole owner and authorised user of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or affiliate of 999bv or any associated partner company.
• Not be registered under another active 999bv account — only one account per person is permitted.

999bv may request proof of age, identity or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. These checks are a standard part of the platform's security and responsible gaming practices — not a reflection on any individual user.

Each person may hold only one account on the 999bv platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses or payment methods — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 999bv reserves the right to close all related accounts and void any associated bets, bonuses or balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 999bv will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

999bv reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including in cases where eligibility requirements are not met or where the Platform reasonably suspects fraudulent or abusive activity.

999bv accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets as listed in the Cashier section of your account. Deposit methods may be updated from time to time; always refer to the Cashier for the current list of supported options.

All funds deposited into your 999bv account must belong to you. You may not use payment methods belonging to a third party. Deposits made from a payment method not registered in your name may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. These are displayed in the Cashier at the time of making a deposit. 999bv reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for individual accounts based on account activity, verification status or responsible gaming considerations.

Any deposit made to a 999bv account is considered a bet stake or gaming credit and is not held as a financial deposit in the banking sense. Deposited funds may be withdrawn subject to the Withdrawal terms outlined in Section 5.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement. Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit may require additional verification.

Before a withdrawal is processed, 999bv may require identity verification. This may include submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address and confirmation of your payment method. This process is standard and applies equally to all users — it is not a penalty or a restriction unique to your account.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes listed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• VIP programme members receive priority processing on withdrawal requests.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the Cashier.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable — see Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• 999bv does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees or processing charges.

999bv reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform will communicate with you via your registered email address.

999bv offers a range of bonuses and promotions including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, sports cashback, casino cashback, reload bonuses, PSL season free bets, and VIP-exclusive offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically upon meeting the qualifying criteria — no manual request is required in most cases.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets may contribute differently to casino bets. The specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

All sports bets placed on 999bv are subject to the general betting rules published on the platform and any sport-specific rules that apply to individual markets. It is your responsibility to read and understand the relevant rules before placing a bet.

Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 international and other formats — is subject to cricket-specific rules covering event abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, reduced-over games, and live in-play settlement procedures. These rules are detailed in the Sports section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the Player.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which that bet is accepted. In-play odds update in real time and may change between a Player initiating and confirming a bet.
• Where a market is settled in error, 999bv reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust account balances accordingly.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed beyond a defined window, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned. The specific rule depends on the sport and the market type.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet, per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary by sport and market type.
• 999bv reserves the right to limit, restrict or close betting markets at its discretion, including during live events where data integrity cannot be confirmed.

Any bet placed after the official start of an event will be treated as a live in-play bet and settled accordingly. Pre-match odds are not available once an event has commenced. Bets that are accepted in error after an event has started may be voided at the Platform's discretion.

Casino games on 999bv — including slots, table games, video poker and Live Casino titles — are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game operates according to its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and paytable. This information is available within each game's help or information section.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. No Player action, timing or betting pattern influences the outcome of any casino game beyond the normal statistical probabilities of the game itself. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

• Live Casino games are hosted by professional dealers via live video stream. Technical disconnections during a live game may result in the hand, round or spin being settled according to the game's standard disconnection policy.
• In the event of a game malfunction, the round will be voided and stakes returned. The Platform is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions on the Player's end.
• Casino game availability may vary by region and device. Not all titles are available on all devices.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 999bv platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all open bets and forfeiture of account balances, at the Platform's sole discretion.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating or benefiting from more than one 999bv account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information, using someone else's identity, or impersonating another person for registration or verification purposes.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through duplicate accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage strategies or any method designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotions.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on inside information or in connection with any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds in casino games to another account as part of a money transfer scheme.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process, conceal or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets, access the platform or exploit pricing inconsistencies in betting markets.
• VPN and Proxy Use: Using a VPN, proxy server or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions, eligibility requirements or platform security measures.

999bv cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected criminal activity. Account information and transaction records may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the 999bv Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to maintain account security.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any bank.

Nothing in these Terms limits 999bv's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

999bv reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published at /terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

If you continue to use the platform after revised Terms have come into effect, you are deemed to have accepted those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.
